Volume Rebate Discount Program
Any discount granted by Carolina Nurseries, Inc. for the period of
June 26, 2006 to July 1, 2007 will be based upon the level of
purchases from June 27, 2005 to June 25, 2006.
Discount levels will be based on the following provisions:
1)

| Purchase Level | Discount Level |
| $000 - 8,000 | 0% |
| $8,001 - 12,000 | 3% |
| $12,001 - 16,000 | 5% |
| $16,001 - 30,000 | 8% |
| $30,001 - 50,000 | 11% |
| $50,001 - 70,000 | 15% |
| $70,001 - 100,000 | 17% |
| $100,000+ | 20% |
2) Discounts and/or rebates will be given on all plant material purchased at regular catalog price, only. Specials, net items, packing, transportation, etc., do not apply.
3) Any increase or decrease in discount levels will be initiated at the end of the sales year.
4) All accounts with established credit must be paid within terms throughout the sales year in order to qualify for a rebate.
5) Any purchases beyond the current year established discount level will be rewarded as follows (Your choice):
- Credit applied to your account
- A rebate check mailed to you at the end of the sales year.
